* Mandatory Team Placement (if needed Tryouts) / & Team Practice: Memorial Weekend, Sunday & Monday, May 30 & 31, 2010 at Prairie HS. Sunday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 pm with a dinner break. Monday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with a lunch break. Hotel avaialable at the Comfort Suites Vancouver Mall Location. Call 360 253-3100 and ask for Columbia Cascades Rates at $69.99 for double queens or singles. (This expense is on each family, not the club.)

First practice at PHS 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a dinner break & Check into Comfort Suites Hotel, Vancouver, Mall. Phone: 360 253-3100. Local Players stay at home
June 25
Practice at PHS 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, or 2:00 to 4:30, or 7 to 9:00 pm. Stay at Hotel in Vancouver. All Teams playing in the Oregon City Qualifier Tournament in and around practices.
June 26, 27 & 28
Tournament at OC (Qualifier, Practice tourney event) and practices in and around the games by team. All day and evening, scheduled as per team. Stay at Hotel in Vancouver & personal homes.
June 29, thru July 1, 2, 3 Team Practice at PHS (2 or 3 a-days TBD) 9:00 am to noon, 2 to 4:00 pm, (Individual Skill work) 6 to 9:00 PM (Team Practices) Players at hotel and homes.
July 4
Practice at PHS 9 - noon, 1:00 PM – Picnic or Party at Lake Merwin or TBA?
July 5
2 Practice Games at Univ. of Portland & or practices at PHS.
July 6 - 9
Oregon City End of the Trail Tournament times TBA (Stay at Comfort Suites or Homes)

Travel to Chicago for Nike Tourney (late afternoon flight)

Nike Summer Showcase Tournament begins sights and game times TBA

All players arrive back in Portland. Return flight SWA #806 departs Chicago 8:25am arriving in Portland at 9:50am. Kids released to families at that time. Since this is a return to Portland, all travel families are responsible for the next phase of travel to their homes. Make you own airline reservations or ride share with other families to save expenses.

Everyone meets for practice at Prairie HS 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 5 – 8:00 pm. Stay at Comfort Suites Hotel & Locals in their own homes.
July 21 Travel to Nashville, Tenn. SWA Flight # 2200 departs Portland at 8:25 am and arrives in Nashville Via PHX at 5:30 pm. We are Staying at:

Mid Summer Nights Madness Tournament sites and game times TBA

Evening Travel home, END OF TOUR. KIds released to Parents. Seattle Passengers depart SD on Alaska flight 0487 at 5:10 pm arriving in Seattle at 7:55 pm. They are: Callaghan, Cross, Goularte, Luttinen, Maldonado, Paulson, Pleasance, Sjolander, Steiger, and Coach Wilson. Everyone else flys into Portland. Alaska Flight # 233 depaarts SD at 5:00 pm and arrives in Portland at 7:26 PM. Lindsley, Lanz, Meadors & Rouse fly into Portland on SWA flight 3002 to Reno then Flt. 1932 to Portland arriving @ 7:40 pm.
Travel to other destinations after Seattle and Portland are the responsibility of each family. Book you own flights, which corresponds with these arrival times, in Seattle or Portland. Unless previously agreed.
Look through this schedule on a day by day basis to make your travel arrangements. We will have vehicles in Vancouver to transport to and from PHS for practices, but will need local help to get to the airport on July 9 & July 21. I am assuming all Vancouver area players will be staying at home and commuting to practices. If there are changes to that, please let me know.
2010 Teams: The Cascades Team hosts the top 2 point guards, 2 top combo guards, and 4 top power forward/post players that we can find. The Waves and Reign Teams are equal 2nd teams with good players at every position. Team placement evaluations are occurring in AZ, and our clinics, and if needed on Memorial Weekend.
